The mission of Second New Light Missionary Baptist Church is to love God, to love others, and to
magnify the name of Jesus Christ. In showing love, we strive to glorify God, and our Savior Jesus
Christ. It is our goal to make true disciples throughout all the world, by means of missionary activity and support; ministering the ordinances of the church; edifying believers and doing all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.

Vision Statement

The vision of Second New Light Church is to be a family of believers, reaching out to our community telling others about the love of Jesus. We feel it is our responsibility to care for our neighbors both physically and spiritually. We exist to glorify God and see to the welfare of our community and its people. Therefore, we seek to empower those we encounter, with the knowledge of Christ that they may find redemption and begin to grow along with us as we continue to develop as disciples of Christ.
